Compensation

As a US summer associate, 2L Diversity Scholar, or 1L Diversity Scholar, you will be paid $9,375 on a semi-monthly basis.

As a first-year associate, you will receive a base salary of $225,000 per year in addition to a significant merit-based bonus, awarded in recognition of individual performance and contributions for the year, as well as firm performance. 

We award progression credit and a bonus to associates who have completed a qualifying clerkship. Clerks from the US Supreme Court and US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit are given an additional bonus.
