Our Tokyo office represent Japanese, US, and other multinational companies and financial institutions in their operations in Japan and throughout Asia, the US, and around the world.

Latham’s Tokyo office traditionally hires from the lateral associate market. In the past, the firm has hosted summer associate intra-firm splits, offering an incredible opportunity for recruits who may ultimately choose to begin their Latham careers in Asia. 

Candidates should possess excellent qualifications, training, and experience at top law schools and firms. Japanese language fluency is a plus.
