Applications for our 2025 1L programs are open through January 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET. Read more about our program details, including dates and deadlines here.

2025 2L applications are closed. Sign up to be notified when 2026 2L applications open.

Our Latham Early Action Days (LEAD) program allows candidates to apply early to our 2L summer program. By participating in LEAD you receive a decision earlier in the process — a great approach if you have a strong interest in working at Latham.

Dates for LEAD 2L applications will be announced in 2025.
