Qualifications
Latham’s market-leading Copyright Practice is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. We work with a range of clients — from startups to the world’s leading technology companies — on matters that run the gamut from providing strategic counsel to technology and media companies to litigating headline-grabbing music-industry and infringement claims, including the recent wave of cutting-edge cases challenging generative AI technology.
