Qualifications

The Finance Department of the New York office is seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial restructuring to join our 3rd to 4th year associate class. Latham’s restructuring group represents corporations, banks, creditors’ committees, hedge funds, sponsors, and other financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and international workouts, restructurings and in-court bankruptcy proceedings.
