Qualifications

The Finance Group is seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of two years of debt finance experience to join our 3rd to 5th year associate class. Our clients are lenders and borrowers, mainly in the life science and technology spaces. Applicants should have experience with secured and unsecured lending, including familiarity with UCC secured transactions, leveraged finance, and private capital.
