Qualifications

The Investment Funds Practice is seeking to add highly qualified associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters. The practice group acts as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes, as well as sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations and regulatory and compliance matters.
