Qualifications

The Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice seeks an experienced healthcare regulatory associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of healthcare regulatory experience in (i) reimbursement (including both reimbursement compliance and coding, coverage and payment for novel products and services), and (ii) transactional due diligence, deal documentation, and negotiation (emerging company, private equity, M&A, capital markets, etc.). Experience with fraud and abuse counseling and compliance is preferred. Candidate should possess outstanding analytical and writing skills and a desire to join a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area.
