Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreign Legal Consultant to join our Capital Markets Practice in our Hong Kong or Seoul office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in capital markets, hold a US JD or LLM degree, and possess native Korean language skills along with excellent English proficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and provide strategic legal support to our clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in capital markets, preferably within a law firm or financial institution.
• A US JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
• Native Korean language skills and excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
